Air Europa, the Spanish low-cost competitor to Iberia, is practically giving away seats on roundtrip flights from Miami to Madrid, Barcelona, and other major Spanish destinations. You fly to Madrid on a 787 Dreamliner and then make a connecting flight onwards. There seems to be a lot of availability at these prices between now and May.
If you want to go somewhere else in Europe, don’t forget that you can book a cheap connecting flight on a budget airline such as Ryanair. And if you want to travel somewhere else in Spain without flying or paying a lot of money to rent a car, this list of travel websites and apps will come in handy.
Let me know if you book one of these flights, or get in touch with me if you have any questions! Here’s my best friend Deena hugging the aqueduct in Segovia when we visited in 2014 (she’s really awesome and so is Segovia, which is a 30 minute train ride from Madrid).
Miami – Barcelona: April 1-10 for $448
Miami – Bilbao: April 4-12 for $461
Miami – Madrid: April 4-11 for $421
Miami – Menorca: April 5-11 for $436
Miami – Palma de Mallorca: April 12-20 for $459
